Getting settled :)

Well, I've been doing quite a bit of packing and moving lately.  Actually the only furniture I have left to take is my bed, which will be the very last thing I take.  Now it's only a matter of a few remaining items....and figuring out what to do with all my kitchen supplies.  I'm very excited about my room right now....I feel like it's got my personality but also a sense of calm that I've been desperately looking for in my room. 

Here are a couple of pictures of my room :)  It's not complete yet and I might rearrange my furniture a bit but here is a general idea.  This first one is what you see when you walk into my room.  The corner by the window is where I will probably put my bed.

This will be my reading corner, I definitely like having the chair by my other window.  I have a beautiful view of the courtyard and a small garden of flowers.  I've also been told that if I look out my window in the early morning when it is dark, I will see the stain glass windows in the choir chapel lit for morning prayer :)

I've also got a desk and I brought my bookshelf.  I've consolidated enough of my belongings that all of my books and sheet music fit on my bookshelf, with one entire empty shelf to spare!
